I have had a rather disappointing and frustrating experience with Ing Capital. The customer service is incredibly poor as my inquiries and concerns are either addressed late or not at all. The brokerage firm lacks transparency, especially in regards to the fee structure, which was significantly higher than I had initially been led to believe. The platform they use is incredibly outdated and not user-friendly at all, regularly having technical glitches that prevent trading. Information was not relayed in a timely or efficient manner consistently creating a feeling of uncertainty. The overall experience has left me with a bitter taste and I do not recommend using Ing Capital as your broker.
