I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Good Life Consulting. Their approach to customer service is undeniably appalling with staff taking eons to respond to emails or phone calls. The brokers assigned for assistance were consistently ill-informed about my financial needs and investment preferences, giving out vague advice most of the time.
Their service fees are exorbitantly high, with little to no transparency about where these charges are coming from. The online platform was also difficult to navigate, with constant technical glitches hindering my operations.
Rather than providing good life advice, this consultancy feels like it was scamming me. I am not sure if everyone had the same experience, but my interaction with them was the epitome of incompetence. Undeniably the worst financial service I’ve dealt with and not recommended.
