My experience with the EnternextMarket Brokerage Firm is a textbook example of how not to treat your clients. First, their fees structure is an exercise in highway robbery. They are high compared to other brokerage firms and they lack transparency. They fail to provide a clear-cut explanation resulting in surprise charges reflected in my account.
Their customer service is exceptionally poor. Email responses took more than a week, and phone lines were forever busy. There was no attempt made to ensure that customer queries and issues were addressed in a reasonable time frame.
