I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Dream Loka Brokerage Firm. The services provided by them were not up to the mark. It’s full of glitches and was tough to understand even with the help of their online guide. The worst part was their customer support. It was neither helpful nor proficient. I had to wait for long hours to get in touch with customer support and when finally connected, they could not provide me with satisfactory solutions to my issues. They seemed lost and unprepared, lacking both knowledge and empathy – essentials of good customer service. I would certainly not recommend Dream Loka Brokerage for anyone considering a reliable and professional brokerage firm.
