My account manager seemed inexperienced and I found it difficult to cultivate trust due to his inability to provide sound financial advice. Moreover, the excessive fees and hidden charges appeared unfair and were not fully explained prior. I found their platform to be anything but user-friendly. Trades were often executed with considerable delay and disruption. Also, the withdrawal process was complicated and time-consuming. Overall, Agix Capital failed to provide the level of service and performance I expected and, as such, I do not recommend their services.
