Their representative showed an utter lack of knowledge, providing vague answers, and sometimes no answers at all to my queries. Communications were poor and it was an uphill task trying to get through to anyone; I was frequently left on hold for unacceptably long periods of time. The online trading platform was slow and kept crashing, making it very challenging for me to make time-sensitive trades. As for the fees, they were exorbitantly high, pointing towards no added value.
