I regret to say that my experience with Equitex Brokerage Firm was far from satisfactory. Their website is inconvenient and cumbersome, making it hard to navigate through information. Communication with the customer service, was a challenge in itself, as their responses were often delayed and vague. Also, besides their high service fees, there were undisclosed additional charges which were later sprung on me. Additionally, their provided analyst reports were contradictory and were of no help at all. The overall experience was frustrating and confusing. No matter how much they boast about their professional services, I just found this firm inconvenient, unreliable, and overpriced, not worth recommending.
