    1. I had a truly disappointing experience with Xera Brokerage firm. Firstly, their service fees are exorbitantly high as compared to the industry standards; it seems like they are only interested in draining money from their customer’s pockets. User experience is another nightmare. The trading platform is indeed complicated. It took me weeks to understand their complicated charts and even after that, I felt I was just groping in the dark.

      When things didn’t work out, I reached them for assistance, but the story of their customer support is no different – poor response rate, unprofessional behavior, skimpy knowledge about their own trading platform; together making an unsatisfactory customer service. I wasted my time and resources with Xera and would suggest anyone looking for a broker to search elsewhere. Their operation seems less like client service and more like a money-grab. Highly disappointing.
